Booking & Service Policies

All appointments with Wig Club Medical are structured, on location bookings and are subject to the following terms.

Scheduling

Appointments must be scheduled between 5 and 30 days in advance.

Bookings are based on availability and are confirmed only after full payment is received.

Payment

All appointments are paid in full at the time of booking.

Payments made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment are non-refundable.

By completing your booking, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.

Cancellations made before 48 hours will receive a 100% service credit for a future appointment.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment are non-refundable.

On Location Appointments

All appointments are delivered on location at the address provided during booking.

Clients are responsible for ensuring the service location is accessible, clean, and suitable at the scheduled time.

Failure to provide access or a suitable environment may result in appointment cancellation without refund.

Booking Requirements

New clients must complete the Tailor Made Fit Quiz and a Tailor Made Consultation prior to booking application appointments.

Existing clients may proceed with direct appointment selection.

Appointment Scope

Appointments are delivered using structured methods and engineered standards designed to support proper fit, scalp integrity, and controlled wear cycles.

Results depend on proper fit, client compliance, and adherence to recommended maintenance cycles.
